Sigma Consulting provides consultancy services to the French Inland Revenue Department

Sigma Consulting has just signed an agreement with Hewlett Packard France to provide consultancy services to the French Inland Revenue Department.

This project aims to provide the Inland Revenue with quality processes and competitive management tools.

The 9 months contract will consist in the negotiation of several service levels agreements for some internal applications and the reengineering of the source documents (service levels agreements, operational level agreements and service catalogue).

This contract is part of a € 100M long-term programme aiming to upgrade the information system of the French Inland Revenue Department which involves the main actors of the IT industry Sigma Consulting has been associated to.
