Improvement of Software Processes at UCB
Sigma Consulting has just signed a contract with UCB (subsidiary of BNP PARIBAS group) the objective of which being to prepare the client for the CMMI level 5 certification but also to reduce by 20% their software development costs.
The 6 months project aims to improve software engineering processes and will consist in defining new rules of calculation.
Also, it includes the improvement the Quality Plan of the UCB IT Department.
